Slow Cooked Lamb Loin Chops with Spicy Fennel Rub

Ahhh today was such an amazing day 🙂 I took it easy, had fun in my kitchen and went for many long walks outside with my love and my doggy to enjoy the fresh cold September wind and the gorgeous sun that we had today. It’s not surprise anymore, the weather is getting colder and fall is officially here.

I had some lamb chops in my fridge and was out of ideas of what to do with them but after getting ton’s of great ideas from twitter and facebook, I deceided to create this oven slow cooked version that I know you will LOVE! I just finished eating it and I’m almost thinking going to get another plate. I served this “stew” like on a left over Basmati rice I had and it was amazing but feel free of eating it just like this or maybe with Quinoa? These sauces are good with fries, raw veggies, sandwiches and more!  Try them out and bring me back some comments!

2 tablespoon of Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons of crushed, dried Rosemary

Pinch of crushed black pepper

2 tablespoon of Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon of coriander seed, crushed

1/2 or 1 teaspoon of grounded Cardamon

1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

2 tablespoon of mayo

1 teaspoon of honey

2 teaspoon of crushed dried thyme

Pinch of cayenne pepper

I love making salty things to snack on.  I used to think that homemade crackers wouldn’t taste as good as the store bought ones but I rapidly changed my mind the second I tried those amazing Garlic and Rosemary crackers.  The recipe is super easy and very customizable the second you have a bit of imagination.  Hope you enjoy like 🙂
